As a lifelong jewelry artist, I spent years working with copper, stones, and crystals — finding rocks as a passionate rock hound, cutting and polishing them, wrapping them with intention. But when I transitioned into the digital world to expand my reach, something shifted. The constant connection to technology began draining my energy in ways I couldn't ignore.
Exhausted by the invisible energetic cost of screens and devices, I knew I needed to find a solution — not just for myself, but for anyone else feeling that same pull.
